Is there anything sexier than a single dad?
I fell in love with Lexington from page one! It was impossible not to. This guy is amazing. He's sexy, charming, and successful. He always has a lot on his plate to handle but he somehow manages to get it done with efficiency. Even when he has to juggle being a full-time father too. He has so much love for her and I love watching his personality soften when she's his focus.
Corrigan was a bit of a tougher sell for me in the beginning. I didn't like how she held on to all her anger for Lex over the years, though I could kind of understand why. But as the story moved along and she let that anger go, we got to see the more fun-loving and relaxed Corrigan.
I really enjoyed this book. It's a second-chance romance meets sexy single dad and you're going to love the combination. Lex and Cori have tons of chemistry and unresolved feelings. You're going to love their slow-burn romance.
