AUDIO BLITZ & REVIEW

Title: Creole Kingpin

Series: Magnolia Duet #1

Author: Meghan March

Release Date: April 14, 2020

From New York Times bestselling author Meghan March comes the stunning conclusion to the highly-anticipated Magnolia Duet.

I didn’t choose this path. No one would.

I played the cards I was dealt.

This life made me. This city made me.

I won’t apologize for who I’ve become.

Moses wouldn't have me any other way.

He says he wants forever, and I’m starting to believe him.

But I can’t outrun my past, and my sins are catching up with me.

If it’s time to atone, I’ll gladly pay my penance.

We might be getting our second chance, but we have to make it out alive first.

Madam Temptress is the conclusion of the Magnolia Duet and should be read after Creole Kingpin.

There's never a dull moment in The Big Easy!

No matter how hard you want to dislike him, you can't resist the charm of Moses Gaspard. And by the end of the conclusion to this story you'll wonder how you could have ever doubted his amazingness in the first place. This man is alpha and protective, and will stop at nothing to keep Magnolia safe. It's a complete opposite to the softer sides we see of him, the ones where he's funny, sweet, and gentle.

Magnolia is the strongest heroine I've seen in a long time. She's unapologetic for her past and will stop at nothing to get her future. But underneath her tough girl facade is a vulnerable woman who struggles with her sense of self-worth. Her complex personality makes her relatable.

Meghan March has a way of taking seemingly unlovable people and making you fall hard for them, and that's exactly the case with Moses and Magnolia. Their story did not disappoint. And not only do we get an amazing love story in this book, we get suspense and intrigue too. I highly recommend this one. It checks off all the boxes for me.
