About the Author

I love a good mystery and this one packs just the punch I was looking for!

I have been looking forward to reading Kynan’s story since first getting a glimpse of him in the Wicked Horse Vegas series. Kynan is your consummate alpha male. He’s good at what he does and never hesitates to tell you how things are going to be. He takes full control over situations, and while that is perfect in a business sense, it can sometimes cause him trouble in a personal sense. There are glimpses of a softer side in him, but those are few and far between.

We’re catching Joslyn at a bad time in her life. Yes, she’s a megastar and seems to have everything going for her. But fame comes with a price. As a result, her personality seems to be all over the place. We get quiet and timid, but also flashes of passion and fearlessness. She’s definitely a complex character.

These two are combustible. You don’t know what sort of reaction you’re going to get when they’re together. The push and pull between them hooks you and the suspense keeps you reading until the last page. This is a great start to a new romantic suspense series from Sawyer Bennett and I can’t wait to read more from Jameson Force Security.
