After having read the first book that these two ladies collaborated on and falling in love with it, I knew I had to read this one! And I fell instantly in love with it!
Reid is so perfectly imperfect. His childhood has left him a little bit damaged, but you wouldn’t know it unless you really delved into his personal history. He’s charming and sexy with an easy-going demeanor unless you fire up his Italian temper. He’s funny and a little awkward at times, but he definitely has a strong, confident personality.
Willow seems like she’d be a mess ( and sometimes she is) but she’s got her life in order. She knows what she wants, when she wants it, and how to get it. She’s quirky and sweet, funny and lovingly loyal. But she’s just as imperfect as Reid. There were plenty of times where I wanted to shake some sense into her too.
I’m a complete sucker for best friends to lovers romances and this one is fantastic. And not only will you fall in love with Reid and Willow, but the supporting cast will have you falling in love with them too. All I can say is that I hope this isn’t the last time we meet these characters. I’d love to hear their stories too.
This is another must-read story from these two authors.
