If there's anything more mysterious than the relationship between Darren and Charlene, I haven't found it yet. And finally, all the mysteries are solved.
Darren is everything I could have hoped for. Sexy and mysterious, dark and brooding, charming and playful - this man has so many layers and it's fun discovering all the new ones as his story progresses. As with any good hero, he's a little broken, but it's nothing the love of a good woman can't fix.
Charlene is more than I could have expected. I always had this notion that she was more refined maybe, or that she didn't quite fit in with all the craziness of the other girls. I was so completely wrong and I'm very happy about that.
I loved everything about this story. All the ridiculously hot encounters I expected were there as were all the laughs I've come to expect from this series. But all the feels were there too. It was definitely a fabulous ending to the series, but hopefully Helena Hunting will continue to give us little peeks into this world in the future.
