Zach is one of a kind. He may seem standoff-ish at times and occasionally even rude, but underneath all that irritating behavior, he’s actually a really great guy. He’s smart, successful, and even a little bit sweet (despite what Gemma says). And he’s fun, charming, and sexy - especially when he’s giving her a hard time.

Gemma is great! Quirky, funny, and full of feistiness, Zach doesn’t stand a chance when he gets to know her. She’s nothing if not persistent, and it doesn’t take her long to realize she might be in over her head a bit where Zach is concerned.

I loved this story! The characters were great and I loved all the witty banter and sexual chemistry between the two. But it wasn’t all just instant attraction between them. They clashed - and clashed often - making for a fun and hilarious story. I can’t wait to read more from this group. I always get so excited when I see this author has a new series, and I can already tell this is going to be a great one.
