I go dizzy, feeling so faint I need to close my eyes for a minute before I can do anything but bask. Wyatt strokes my hair slowly, the rough-but-cool touch of his hands bringing me back to life, and when I open my eyes I see him lying there beside me.

I’m officially in love with this story! Wyatt is such a great guy! He’s successful, intelligent, and driven, and yet through all his accomplishments, he’s managed to stay humble. His reputation as a playboy follows him home, but he’s definitely not that way once he gets there. He certainly isn’t lacking in wit, sex appeal, or charm. And he balances out his alpha side with a softer, sweeter one that will have you finding him absolutely irresistible. I really liked Melina. Her character was so relatable. Introverted, a little quiet, and afraid to take many risks, Melina is a perfect match for Wyatt. She keeps him grounded and he gives her the confidence boost she needs to follow her dreams. She’s crazy talented, she just needs someone to believe in her. I am absolutely in love with Wyatt and Melina! They’re quirky, funny, sweet, and a whole lot steamy. This is a great friends-to-lovers story that will give you plenty of feels. If you haven’t picked up a JD Hawkins book yet, they come highly recommended!
