Lance Gibson may have just eclipsed Graham Landry for top spot in my “favorite book boyfriends written by Adriana Locke” list. Oh my gosh, this book was soooooo good! How can you not fall in love with Lance? It's ridiculous how irresistible he is. Funny, charming, cocky, and insanely sexy, Lance makes no apologies. He is who he is and I LOVE that about him. His filthy mouth is full of innuendos and unfiltered comments that will make you blush. Despite their differences, Mariah is perfect for Lance. She's the balance that keeps him humble, or at least tries to anyway. She matches Lance’s wit and sarcasm ounce for ounce, but she also has this side of her that makes Lance long for things he’s never wanted before. She’s such a good person. I know you’re expecting this book to be all fun and games. It is Lance, after all. And don’t worry, you’ll get everything you’ve been looking for with him. But you also get a lot of feels in this book. A LOT. For me, it was an unexpected addition that made me love him even more. Add more of Peck, Machlan, and Walker (and the rest of our favorite characters) and you’ve got another amazing story out of Linton, Illinois. Love, love, LOVE Lance and this book!
