I adored Grady and Dax, but Beckett just stole my heart!
By the ends of the first few chapters I was in love, though by no means does Beckett make it easy to love him. Beck is way more complicated than we think. He's not the laid-back California boy he's often perceived to be.
Skylar is patient, but even she has her breaking points where Beck is concerned. She's feisty, loyal, and loving - and it's her latter two qualities that have Beckett struggling with what the right thing to do is.
I loved this story. Usually I tell you how sexy and swoon-inducing the hero is (and believe me, Beck has his moments), but his story was about so much more than that. It packs all the feels and I think you're going to love it.
