This is my first LK Collins book and I enjoyed it immensely. Originally lured in by the cover, I eventually fell in love with the characters behind it. Quinn is strong and accomplished. The only thing she seems to be unlucky in is love, which is exactly why she's sworn off men for the foreseeable future. Merritt....well, even his name exudes sex appeal. He's flirty, sexy, intelligent, business-minded, exceedingly charming - qualities that would make him irresistible to any woman.
The heat in this book is off the charts, and some parts are definitely worth a second look (wink, wink). The story is great and the twists within it will surprise you.
I'd have to say it was a very positive first experience with this author and I will be reading more of their stories in the future.
