Bridger Payne has seen and experienced things in his life that would make lesser men crumble. There's not a lot in this world that would surprise him or throw him into a tailspin based on the things he's seen and done. But when a plea for help puts Maggie Waylon on his radar, Bridger finally crosses paths with a woman that he can't seem to get enough of.
Sawyer Bennett truly saved the best for last. Every book in this series has been absolutely amazing, but Bridger's story was beyond words. To finally learn the demons and ghosts that plague him is enlightening, but heartbreaking at the same time. And to see his character change over time is beautiful and brilliant.
It's a beautiful story, fitting perfectly in line with the others with its heart, all the feels, and the dirty, kinky encounters we all LOVE in this series.
