Like a bad little reader that I am, Lola Darling has been sitting on my TBR for far too long, so when I got my hands on this sexy covered book, I jumped right in.
HOT, HOT, HOT!
What can I say about Max and Chloe? Let's start with Max. This swoon-worthy alpha male will definitely make you hot under the collar (and a few other places too - wink, wink). He's the opposite of everything Chloe thinks he is and he's fine with letting her think that way. Chloe is a workaholic, content with spending all her time working cases and rising to the top of her firm. And when the two are thrust together to work on a case, you can cut the sexual tension with a knife.
It's a classic enemies to lovers story that you're gonna love from beginning to end. There's plenty of crazy moments thrown in to keep you interested and you'll fall in love with their story. It's a good, light, fun read and you'll be happy you picked it up.
