Let me start off by saying that if you haven't read a book in the Wicked Horse series yet, YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY CRAZY!!! These books have been amazing so far and this newest one with the always sinfully delicious Logan McKay is no different.
Logan is definitely the quiet type (and let's face it, those are usually the kinkiest) and as private as he can get. Nobody really knows all the torment and pain he's gone through in the last few years of his life and he's happy to keep it that way. The Silo is all he needs to chase his past demons away and he's happy about that.
Until Auralie walks in.
From the moment he sees her, there's a strong connection between them that he doesn't want to be there but can't fight. She has her own secrets and reasons to stay away from Logan too, and she can't fight it either. They're drawn to each other when they both know they shouldn't be.
And the result is explosive! This story was amazing. The heat and passion in this book is off the charts and Logan's panty-melting alpha personality is crazy sexy. I swear, one of these days my Kindle is just going to randomly combust when I'm reading one of Sawyer's books.
And when this sinful, sexy, brooding, luscious man finally tells his story? Just make sure you have your tissues handy.
Another five-star, one-click worthy book to add to your collection. There's something special about Sawyer Bennett's writing. She's definitely an author you want to pick up.
