CONFESSIONS OF A BAD BOY - REVIEW
Title: Confessions of a Bad Boy
Author: J.D. Hawkins
Release Date: April 25, 2016
Confessions of a Bad Boy Episode 1: Never Commit I’m the internet's favorite Bad Boy - the guy who’ll tell it to you straight. No bullshit charm. No excuses. Consider it a public service, letting women know the truth about what guys are really thinking and teaching guys how to get what they want. Yes, we were checking that girl out. No, you don't want to meet her parents. And no, ladies, we don’t care what shoes you wear - as long as they’re up around our neck by the end of the night. Life was simple, until fate brought me back together with Jessie. My best friend's younger sister, who I just happened to have the hottest one night stand of my life with four years ago. Who calls me at 3 AM to get bailed out of jail. Who I can’t keep my hands off of. And who can never find out who I really am. She’s off-limits, but I don't care. And when I need a fake girlfriend to help me out of a jam at work, she’s the only one who can help. Now I’m stuck sharing a hotel room with her for the weekend. A long, sexy weekend. This is your Bad Boy, signing off.

So far, I've read all of the books written by JD Hawkins. And I've loved every one of them.
But this one is something special. This is by far my favorite. From beginning to end, I fell in love with Nate. His no-nonsense, this-is-what-it-is attitude makes him all the more appealing. He knows what he wants and makes sure the women that filter in and out of his bedroom know it too. There's something to be said about his honesty....
And then there's Jessie, his best friend's little sister - the proverbial forbidden fruit. Throw those two together in close quarters for a weekend and things will never be the same. There's plenty of passion, lust, tenderness, and love to go around, not to mention a few little surprises to keep it interesting. It's not a cliffhanger, but you will definitely be left wanting more of their story. I definitely didn't want it to end!
I'm still holding out hope that the supporting character in this book, Kyle, will get his happily ever after too, and that his book will give us a peak into what Nate and Jessie are up to. *fingers crossed*
So, in conclusion, I leave you with this..... For all the nay-sayers out there that think a man can't write a good romance novel, JD Hawkins is here to prove you wrong. This is a brilliant story from a brilliant author that will leave you with all the feels.
Five-star, one-click worthy book!
