UGLY LOVE - REVIEW

Number of Books in this Series: 1

Theme: M/F

Amazing..... Heartbreaking.... Simply beautiful....

These are some of the words I would use to describe this wonderful book. I can see now why they are making it into a movie. And with Nick Bateman playing Miles Archer, well, that's just icing on the cake.

Tate decides to temporarily move in with her brother while she goes back to school and gets a new job. After hours of driving, she wants nothing more than to relax in her new bed, but there's one thing preventing that - the drunken man currently passed out blocking the door to her brother's apartment.

With no choice but to call Corbin (who’s out of town) and a few failed attempts to move the guy, she waits.....her brother agreeing to call Miles, his friend and neighbor, to come help her. Turns out, the drunken guy at the door is Miles. Talk about a less than stellar first impression. But despite their interesting introduction, there's just something about him that she's drawn to and Tate can't seem to shake him from her mind. He's handsome, mysterious, and very protective about his past; a past she's sure is a painful one. And just when she thinks she's got this infatuation under control, she finds out it's going to be way more difficult than she thought...

Very few books can make me feel emotional. I'm just not a big crier. But this one had me almost in tears. These characters are extremely well written. You fall in love with them. You feel the emotions that they feel.

And you literally can't put it down. I constantly told myself "just one more chapter" with this book. It's that good! And now it's being made into a movie! I'll definitely be posting more about that as dates are announced and trailers/teasers are revealed.

There are already a few pictures from the filming and if you don't know who Nick Bateman is, well, here you go. : )

If that doesn't motivate you to go read this book, nothing will.........
