This is a book series that holds a special place in my heart so I felt it deserved a feature in by blog. A Touch of Silk was the very first novel in this genre that I read, and it instantly made me fall in love. The first time I read them, I think it only took me about three days to finish them all and I have read them multiple times over the last couple of years. I just love the characters that Lori Wilde created. The stories revolve around Bear Creek, a small Alaskan town, and four best friends (and very sexy guys) who decide to place an ad in a popular magazine. The first and last books in this series were released by the Blaze line, and they have some pretty steamy encounters. Books two and three are released under the Duets line, and therefore, not too steamy. The series as a whole was fun, sexy, sweet, and charming, and I can't say enough good things about it. I think it is definitely one you'll like. So, here is a breakdown of the series:
A Touch of Silk - The story of Manhattan reporter Kay Freemont and the ruggedly sexy Quinn Scofield.
Sexy, Single, and Searching - The story of shy Cammie Jo Lockhart and sexy pilot Mack McCaulley
Eager, Eligible, and Alaskan - This is the story of vacationer Sarah Stanhope and sexy restaurateur Jake Gerard.
A Thrill to Remember - This is the steamy story of Quinn's sister Meggie Scofield and the yummy Caleb Greenleaf. This is my favorite book in the series.
