This is book two in the Brown Sibling Series about the oldest of the siblings. Brody Brown is pushing forty and content with his life. Having spent most of his youth raising his siblings, he's happy to run his tattoo shop and spend time with his family and friends. Elise Sorensen and her daughter just moved into town. Living across from Brody proves to be a challenge as she can't seem to keep her eyes off him. He's sinfully delicious, in that bad boy way, and who can resist that eye candy? As (bad) luck would have it, the two meet unexpectedly and eventually strike up a friendship that quickly turns steamy and toe-curling. Of course, they aren't without their fair share of problems. Overall, I really enjoyed this book. It's a very heart-warming story. It was also great to revist the characters from the first book (Erin, Todd, and Ben) and see how their lives together are progressing.
